Love and Happiness

Happiness is a word that points to Love. It points to the Love that creates and flows. Happiness is impossible without Love.

"Only Love Exists" say the masters of reality.

Love and Happiness both alive only in the NOW moment. I am happy Now. I Love being Happy Now.

"Only The Now exists say the masters of reality.

Happy, the feeling, arises in my chest, or I guess it's my heart expressed. I can feel happiness coursing through my veins and my brain, like a train it bursts through the wall of my complacency reminding me. Laugh when it rains.

"Water is the embodiment of consciousness", I have heard said.

The water of the air, of my breath, of my cells, ringing like bells when i listen for it. The oceans of my ears, thundering containers of something fishy… Funny Happiness!

Music we make is where Happiness laughs. Collages of paper and paint, and challenges and Earth, plants and flowers above. Because Happiness is a word that points to Love.
