Isis - Divine Mother

Describe the universal stabilizing function — when life repairs itself after a break. 

Restoring. A restorative consciousness that exists in creation. The restorative principle.

- A parent calming the frightened child.

- The body healing after injury.

- The community preserving their culture after a destruction

- The nervous system returning to its baseline after a trauma or distress.

When stability returns, this is what the ancients called ISIS. 

Associated with the Mary's of Christianity, Isis is about more than giving birth, creation. But also its about healing, returning to safety, the forever Home.

These are cosmic principles, of life, community, expansiveness. 

Isis the Mother keeps the lineage intact, a keeper of memory, a figure who is still there when the others disperse.  Protective.
