What brings me JOY

When I feel joy, i think what's happening is that there is an energetic activity inside me, wiggling, jiggling the skin, the bones, the lymph nodes, all the tissues, buzzing with happy energy. Happy. I laugh. Even my thought thinkers are affectedly jumping in micro nano wobbling. Slapping, flapping, clapping, wrapping my every experience in something funny. Where does that frisky frollicking massage come from? Is it generated by some mechanical process within this body, or is it flowing in from without? Flowing in from that Mind that is dreaming all of this?

What brings me joy? Well, I think the answer is... me.
