Expectations

Assumptions, demands, requirements, judgement, belief… Something that I expect from a pattern I have in my mind, thats what it is. i expect the pattern to repeat. Perhaps it’s a story I am familiar with and now its happening to me. Is the story true, entirely true and nothing but the truth? Beginners mind has no expectation because it knows it does not know. Every expectation that I hold within is a belief.
