Being Bad

Is there such a thing? Its been a conversation I have been engaged in recently, this idea of “bad/good/neutral”. A wise person said that NEUTRAL is where the Truth is. And that Judgement is impossible without the full context, which requires a point of view encompassing far more information than we have here on this earthly plane.  It seems to me that “bad” or “good” can only be determined by the personality that is enacting the behavior.  In other words, only you can know whether your choices are good or bad.  I don’t know, what do you think?
