THIS WEEK

When you come to Cottonwood Gathering you have the opportunity to contribute a theme idea to the Vessel of Themes. write the thought onto a slip of paper, fold it in half, and drop it into the glittering Vessel.

At the end of each Gathering, someone reaches in to the vessel and pull one of the ideas out and reads it aloud, and this then becomes the theme for the following week.

Here's what gently arose its power last Sunday:

"Community and Connecting"

Community is the people we can see, hear and touch, that we can reach with our words and actions, that we can know something of their internal purpose.  Love connects us, strengthened as we familiarize with the deeper story within the living network, the community around us.  We connect by sharing what is hidden within.
