I liked finding out about how sound waves vibrate the body and that a coherent vibration of the body strongly encourages a state of healing, it's a coherent sound. And I found out that different frequencies encourage healing in different ways.  Singing bowls are a great way to target specific frequencies.  I had a great experience under a healer's hand drum, she was beating a steady rapid pulse and that drum's coherent sound strongly effected me. I could feel energetic changes.  Another thing I loved to learn is that when you hum, "HMMMMMMMMMM", it is a particularly effective coherent sound vibration of your body that helps you heal.
