THIS WEEK

     A neighbor, I seem to be getting to know more and more as we join the circle each week, was a stranger at first (or is it me who was the stranger?). Yet by the seeds of community watered in the light of the sun, the budding flowers in the spring of this amazing time have turned their faces out, and I see this stranger transform to another "myself"!  And I looked at them and I watched the fingers they control descend to touch the leaves within the vessel of themes, and gently withdraw the next topic of our expanding communion:

“Speaking Up For My Self"

​     Most of me is hidden within. And I notice that my creative ego-mind invents stories about others who I see, stories about what they think, what they want, what they be, and how they are judging me...   But then the voice of that other expresses, and when I listen I hear and see that the stories of them in my mind are invented by me, a fantasy! They are another Me.
