RITUALS

A RITUAL Is a pattern of behaviour that is repeated at appropriate times, often involving symbols or artifacts, and movement that is significant to the purpose of the Ritual.  For example, i get out of bed and do a fumbling dance into the kitchen where i set a pot of water to boil for tea, then i return to my chamber and perform an exercise of squeezing my various abdominal muscles while breathing in a long gentle stream of air, gradually moving my attention up to the top of my head.  I do that a few times and then take my phone off of airplane mode.
