CASH COW

​      I can imagine a large fat happy cow laughing and grinning rolling on its back in ecstatic joy with many many udders all fat with milk and the milk is squirting out while the cow laughs and loves, and amidst cheeses and yogurts we're all standing around in celebration of this fantastic friendship gift CASH COW.

      The beautiful CASH COW is a reliable source of nourishment for the system that co-operates with it, dependable and productive, endlessly generating CASH, with little more for us to do.

      In the blessing of this, our CASH COW may well feel blessed, but also she may feel BURDENED. Giving abundantly, she yet becomes a tool, a utility, not being seen as a being with her own purpose. Usefullness becomes identity, being valued for what she produces becomes being valued ONLY for what she produces.  The gift has become an expectation. The joy of sharing abundance becomes obligation.

      We live in the amazing future, where it is claimed that an AI robot can create everything anybody asks of it. Flowers, food, clothing, music, strange new houses, flying saucers. People from all around the galaxy come to work with this magical AI robot and the humans of Earth who are part of it.

      But then I thought, if such a machine exists, what is this "CASH" we're talking about? Does "CASH" still need to exist? And the "COW"-- If not a "CASH COW", what kind of "COW" would this be, then? 

      "LIFE COW"?

      And then I thought, isn't the Earth itself already such a infinite creativity "machine"? Isn't the Earth a huge magical factory producing all kinds of food, medicines, building materials, clothing, houses, beauty, love and everything else? 

      We only need to notice. 

      The galactic people have been visiting us since forever, visiting this marvelous "CASH COW", not only visiting the endlessly inventive peopling popping out all over the place.
